My commitment to my professional development has enabled me to gain a variety of therapeutic approaches and tools. This allows me to work with you in finding the most appropriate approach in supporting you on your therapeutic journey.
I am passionate about supporting people to find their voice and be heard and understood. I am mindful that sometimes you may need support to find your voice, to allow us to make sense of challenging, confusing and difficult situations in your life.
A safe space in which to explore the core beliefs, ideas that you hold about yourself and empowering choices in letting go ideas that no longer serve you well in your life. Sometimes the ideas of other people can get in the way of what we feel about ourselves. Making sense of these ideas can enable us to be our authentic selves.
Its important that you feel we can make a connection so that we can work together to enable you to meet yourself with compassion and kindness which will allow the conditions for self awareness, growth and change to take place in a safe, supported and confidential environment at your pace.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and practising counsellor delivering supervision into a variety of settings and with individuals and groups. I believe that supervision should be a supportive space which is restorative and informative. A safe place in which there are opportunities for learning and growth at pace. Allowing a deeper understanding to grow as a number of perspectives and view points are offered and explored together.
Supervision offers a space to restore a balance and recharges the supervisee through supportive reflection and self care.
